Our classroom was joyfully adorned with colorful balloons and the words “Welcome M.Com” proudly written on the board. In a traditional gesture, senior students and faculty welcomed each newcomer with a tikka on their forehead—a heartfelt blessing rooted in the Indian custom. The Principal, teachers, and seniors were all present, offering warm smiles and kind wishes. From the moment the fresher’s walked in, the atmosphere was filled with warmth, cultural pride, and a shared sense of belonging.
